Are You a
Seasoned Change Catalyst?
As a Seasoned Change Catalyst, you have been working with clients for at least a year or possibly much longer. You are a proficient professional within your field as well as an experienced business owner. You enjoy making a difference in your clients’ lives.
Over the years you have likely experienced ebbs and flows with your business.
The focus of your business may have evolved.
The number of clients flowing into your business has varied.
Your confidence in your work has changed.
Your skills have transformed as you’ve taken additional training.
Your sense of fulfillment in your work has likely wavered at times.
Your life circumstances have no doubt changed, which has impacted the way you run your business.
Although all of these variations are a normal part of being in business, there are times when you know something is out of sync with your business. If you have had an extended period of frustration, confusion, or disconnection from your core work, you may feel even more distress.

You Turn to the Mainstream Approach to Boost Your Business Results
If you’ve been trained in the Mainstream Approach, as many Change Catalysts have been, you may have a belief that you should be growing, or at least sustaining, your existing business levels at all times.
When you are uneasy about your business, you may feel added pressure to fix something:
Spruce up your marketing message and branding with new messaging, new branded headshots, and a redesigned website.
Ramp up your marketing game to get back up to speed, to make things happen in your business again.
Up level your sales and enrollment skills and systems to increase your enrollments and conversions.
Attempting to resolve marketing and sales issues, whether they are real or suspected, is a common response for Seasoned Change Catalysts who aren’t feeling in sync with their business or their work.
After all, if you don’t have the number of clients you think you should have at this stage of your business, up leveling your marketing seems to be a viable strategic move.
Unfortunately, the Mainstream Approach Guidance Leaves You Hanging
It is incredibly difficult to amp up your marketing when you aren’t feeling fully aligned with your work with clients, your services, or your business as a whole.
