When your clients are ending an important phase of their life or stepping into a completely new era, do they feel lost and confused about their future direction?

In my years working with clients in transition and seeking a career change, I noticed that many clients struggle to gain clarity about their purpose, their direction, their decisions, and their choices.

Without having a means to feel confident about their vision and their next steps, it will be impossible for them to take action and move forward.

Clarity Training Opportunities

Over the last few decades, I’ve created several clarity programs to help my clients. In 2007 I started training other Change Catalysts to incorporate my programs into their work with clients.

Below you’ll find descriptions of the clarity training programs I offer.

The Purpose Clarity Program is a four-part coaching program, created by Carol McClelland Fields, PhD, that gives you a step-by-step framework to help clients convert their passions and interests into a clear purpose and direction.

Essential Steps to Take Before You Start Marketing: Although you know you must market consistently to build your business, did you know there are several crucial steps to take before you start sharing your new business and services with others? In this class you explore 12 Facets of Clarity to identify the gaps that have been holding you back, discover what you need to resolve to feel clear enough and confident enough to begin taking strategic actions within your business, and create reliable ways to turn your hesitation into a source of wisdom that shows you the best ways to create a flourishing business that works for you and your clients.

*Credits: Partnering With Institute For Life Coach Training

Great news! In recent conversations with Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT), we made an important discovery. As of Spring, 2017, ILCT will be awarding credits for all of the classes we offer in conjunction with them. Whether you are looking for credits to finish a credential or gather continuing education units to renew your credential, you'll be awarded credits that are valid with ICF, CCE, or NAADAC. From now on, we'll provide a course link in our announcements and web pages so ILCT students can register for our classes directly on the ILCT site.

Not an ILCT student? Not to worry. Through our relationship with ILCT, we can now facilitate you in receiving credits for our classes as well. You'll register for classes on our site, and then we'll walk you through a few easy steps to secure the credits for the course you take.

We are excited to continue and deepen our partnering with ILCT. Thinking back, I realized we've been referring students to each other since I started teaching training courses in the early 2000's
