September is just around the corner.
If you are feeling the pull to lean into your business again, this invitation includes an interactive, community-based opportunity to do just that.
Have you been feeling a bit detached from your business?
Perhaps you consciously stepped back from your business over the summer to spend time with family or handle other responsibilities.
Or your hands have been so full this summer just navigating "all the things" that you haven't been as intentional about your business as you had planned.
You are beginning to feel the urge to finetune your business for the Fall.
Maybe it's finally time to step into the next stage with your business
Or you are frustrated with your current plan because something is missing or feels out of sync with who you are
Or you are feeling inspired to reimagine or redesign your existing business
If you are hesitant to jump back into your business or you feel stalled at some level, it's likely some part of your vision is missing, out of date, or out of alignment. Whatever the gap, it's keeping you from taking the necessary actions to move your business forward.
You can try to push through, force yourself to take action already, but that just kicks the can down the road to be dealt with later.
Rather than investing energy in pushing yourself forward, why not focus on sparking a new insight. Often one key insight, one subtle adjustment, or one innovative idea allows the pieces of your business vision to drop into place in a new way, one that excites you, reignites your passion, and motivates you to be in motion again.
New Questions Bring New Insights
For several years I've used a specific sequence of questions to help my mentoring clients refresh how they see their businesses. These questions generate a boost in clarity for early stage business owners as well as seasoned business owners. This renewed clarity then fuels their confidence and boosts their sense of momentum.
The way these questions are framed allows you to create a deeper, more intimate connection with yourself, your work, your clients, your offers, and your marketing. By engaging with these questions, you begin to see previously unidentified gaps in your vision and notice where you haven't felt ready or able to commit to your business.
With these new insights you have the opportunity to create a new vision or evolve your existing vision of your business in ways that align more deeply with your values, reflect the realities of your life, and match your natural style. As you layer these truths into your work and business, you create a flow that allows you to embody and share your work in a deeper way.
Many of my mentoring clients find such value in these questions that they revisit them whenever they are ready to discover the next iteration or evolution of their offers and their work with clients. Creating this nuanced relationship with your business provides ongoing insights and opportunities to align and deepen the way you do your work.
Debuting A New Format - Shorter, Interactive, Less Expensive
In addition to weaving these questions into my mentoring groups and private mentoring sessions, I have facilitated several groups through these questions in a 6-week course called Blossom with Clarity. The program culminates with a private mentoring session to bring all the pieces of your vision together and create an action plan for your next steps. Although this hybrid format has been very effective for my clients, the investment of $550 has kept some from participating.
I have been searching for an accessible and effective way to share this process with more of sensitive, intuitive, and creative business owners. I think I've found it!
By offering Blossom with Clarity as a 21-Day Insight Journey, I'm able to share this experience for $150 while supporting you and the community in gaining insights, boosting your confidence, and finding your path forward.
The 21-Day Insight Journey combines weekly community gatherings via Zoom, with daily reflection and community engagement online, for each of the 15 questions I've already tested. The experience concludes with small-group mentoring sessions to synthesize your insights, weave in nuances from our conversation, and create a list of your next steps.
Join me for my first 21-Day Insight Journey!
What You'll Gain During the Insight Journey
From within a safe, gentle, encouraging community, you'll have the opportunity to take a fresh look at how you work with clients, your offerings, and your marketing.
You'll know where you feel clear about your business vision. Confirming what you do know boosts your confidence, which then fuels your forward momentum.
You'll discover gaps that have been holding you back. It could be you didn't know to ask yourself questions about a specific element before, or this gap has been lurking at the edge of your awareness for a while, but you haven't known how to resolve it. Answering the questions and participating in the mentoring session will help you identify the issue at hand, and then we can explore ways you can fill or resolve the gap.
You'll notice where you have fuzzy spots in your vision where you aren't ready or haven't been able to commit to your business in the past. By strengthening these soft spots, you create a grounded foundation that will support you in your next move.
You'll find out how to spot the wisdom within your hesitation and begin to trust the signs of your inner knowing about the way your business is unfolding.
You'll gain insights about a gentler, more encouraging way to develop your work with clients, share your work with those who will benefit most, and bring on more paying clients.
The Details
During the 21-Day Insight Journey, we'll have four community gatherings on Zoom on the following Wednesdays from 2:00 - 3:30 pm Pacific | 5:00 - 6:30 pm Eastern.
All calls will be recorded so even if you can't attend the events live, you will still be able to gain insights and keep in touch with the journey.
In each call, we'll revisit the theme you've been working on so you can gather additional insights, and I'll introduce you to the topics you'll explore in the week to come.
Week 1: Wednesday, September 7 - Theme: What Business Do You Want to Grow?
Week 2: Wednesday, September 14 - Theme: What Are You Offering?
Week 3: Wednesday, September 21 - Theme: How Do You Share Your Work?
In between our Zoom gatherings, we’ll explore and ponder a question each weekday (Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).
As we share our insights within the safe, private online community (not Facebook!), we’ll each receive inspiration to help us expand how we see our own business, find creative ways to align more deeply with our work, and discover the true impact we create with our clients.
The final week provides an opportunity to synthesize all you’ve tapped into to create a cohesive vision of your work, understand your current gaps and growing edges, and identify your next actions.
Week 4: Wednesday, September 28 - Theme: How to Prepare for Your Mentoring Session
Within a week you’ll participate in a mentoring session with two other participants. (If you feel a private mentoring session will be more beneficial, you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade when you make your appointment.)
Register by September 2nd to participate in the
Insight Journey that begins on September 7, 2022.
If you have any questions about this Insight Journey or whether it is right for you, please reach out to me via the contact form, email, or Messenger. I’m happy to support you in determining whether this insight journey a good fit for you.
Note: Although I have used these questions effectively with clients for several years, we will be embarking on an adventure with this new format. Whenever I've introduced a new format, the group and I gain insights about ways to make the experience better and easier. With that in mind, I'll weave the new suggestions into this Insight Journey, or I'll make the decision to incorporate the suggestions into the next version. I can't predict whether the price will remain the same for future versions of the 21-Day Insight Journey.
