Our Changing times
In addition to being present for ourselves (Element #1) and enhancing our training (Element #2) and having access to new tools, language, and strategies to share with our clients, we need something more to succeed at this time.
I believe Change Catalysts need to come together — virtually for now, of course.
Why? Because we are strongest and most effective together.
Change Catalysts have never been called upon to this degree before. Although we've mobilized to help during regional natural disasters or outbreaks of violence, the pandemic is taking on a whole new scope — worldwide! The waves of change will hit some areas more than others, in unpredictable ways as history unfolds
